Precision milling
3-axis milling and indexed 4th-axis work for tight-tolerance components, from first article through repeat production.

Instrument housings, fixtures, and fitted hardware in aluminum, copper, and plastics. One-offs through runs of a few thousand.
Tighter than ±0.0005", talk to us first — we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit and what inspection it needs.
No CMM in-house.
3-axis milling and indexed 4th-axis work for tight-tolerance components, from first article through repeat production.
Turned parts are produced through a vetted partner shop under our inspection and our PO. You get one point of contact, one quote, and the same inspection standard.
Prototype parts, first articles, fixtures, and repeat mill work with the same team handling programming, machining, and inspection.
Every part is inspected against the print before it ships. Micrometers, calipers, gage pins, and a height gage on a granite surface plate — all on a documented calibration schedule. Certs of conformance and first-article reports on request.

You’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and whether we’re on track. That’s part of the work.
Send a model, a sketch, or a problem. We’ll ask the useful questions and get specific.
Your parts move through programming, machining and inspection with one team accountable.
Packed carefully, documented clearly, and at the time we committed to.

12Helios started with one mill and a simple idea: if we say a part will be right, it should be right. Five years later, that still guides how we quote, schedule, inspect and communicate — whether you need a production run, a prototype, or a single custom part.
Send over the shape of the problem. We’ll help you figure out the rest — from a single prototype to a repeat production run.
